Its a great movie, rally creepy and Bates and Caan turn in some fantastic performances.

The line number one fan still creeps me out.M Schmidthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16975800127810901010noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5866303.post-21022846478632500002008-03-13T21:58:00.000-05:002008-03-13T21:58:00.000-05:00You know, the director (Frank Darabont) has a soli...You know, the director (Frank Darabont) has a solid track record for Stephen King books to movies. To date:

- Shawshank Redemption
- The Green Mile

And it sounds like The Mist.

Looking forward to seeing it!Godhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14387410858715159660noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5866303.post-34142671802166924322008-03-12T09:56:00.000-05:002008-03-12T09:56:00.000-05:00I remember going to see Pet Cemetery and being tot...I remember going to see Pet Cemetery and being totally freaked! My oh my, that was back in the day!

Glad you got to see it on the cheap. I think that's the best way to see those "iffy" movies that you are not sure you want to pay $$ for at the "real" theatre. :)Yuяihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02199872709750899230noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5866303.post-68413965735100176812008-03-12T08:39:00.000-05:002008-03-12T08:39:00.000-05:00You know, I had no idea they were still making mov...You know, I had no idea they were still making movies out of King books... the last ones I remember REALLY watching were The Stand (which was more of a go-on-forever telemovie rather than an actual film,) The Tommyknockers and that one set in the airport (can't for the life of me remember what it was at this time of night.) I remember always liking them but accepting them completely for what they were; they were never exceptional movies but I still thoroughly enjoyed them. I was always pissed there was never a movie version of that "Rose Madder" book he wrote. One of my favourites.

My mum loves reading King books so when this hits Oz, I'll more than likely sit and watch it with her. Glad it was obviously worth the dollar!Adem With An Ehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13539798658335966794noreply@blogger.com
